• Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently.
• Understanding and deploying IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Public Cloud, especially Azure, is essential.
• Zabbix, Nagios, etc.,network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) and application monitoring (ERP, MuleSoft, BI, WMS, Websites).
• Effective management of ITSM tools, preferably JIRA, is a significant aspect of the role.
• Regularly patch Windows/Linux servers and network elements.
• English proficiency level of B2/C1.
